Who is Rachel Foy and why can she help me?
Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m an eating psychology mindset mentor, clinical hypnotherapist, author of ‘The Hungry Soul’ and the founder of the Soul Fed Woman. I empower women to stop fighting food and quieten their inner gremlin by taking their power back, creating the life they are hungry for, and awakening their soul fed woman. A former diet junkie, food obsessive and binge eater, I know the struggle of having food dominate your thoughts. What do I get when I join?
When you join you will be given a unique login which is exclusively for you and shouldn’t be shared with anyone else. Once you log into your member’s dashboard you’ll have access to 8 core modules, each one is packed full of tried and tested teachings and exercises for you to start implementing immediately. Is there a refund or guarantee?
If you come to this program with an open mind and a willingness to learn and take consistent action, this program will most certainly work for you.

Do I get support when I join The Food Freedom Masterclass?
Yes. We have a private facebook group in which you can post as frequently as you need and I will answer any questions or conversations which require help and assistance.
When does the program start?
The Food Freedom Masterclass is taught live once per year, this year it starts on October 22nd 2018 for 10 weeks. This program is available all year round so you can access it and join us whenever you desire, however, be aware that the price which is available to you at the moment will not be there forever, so if you wish to wait a few more months you could end up paying much more than you could right now!
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes. You have a choice to either pay in full or you can spread your investment. Please see the program page for more details on payment options available. If you feel this is too much of a stretch for you then immerse yourself in all the free things available from myself until you are able to invest in yourself at a later date. And I encourage you to really see it as an investment in yourself as it really is, we all have a cost involved when we have food dysfunction and finding your freedom from it all is something which is priceless (as cliched as that sounds)

Do I get personal access to Rachel?
I am super active in the facebook group all the time. If you have a question, query, concern or you want to share something, then I will always reply and come back to you. However, you don’t have personal 1:1 time with me, that is something which is reserved for my 1:1 clients. However, from time to time I do offer single sessions to my masterclass members at an additional fee which isn’t offered anywhere else.

I’ve joined things before and never completed them, what makes this different?
Several things! We focus on 3 main areas which, when addressed, help you move away from food obsession, weight obsession, over eating and binging. Firstly we focus on improving your relationship with food and your body through shifting your mindset and beliefs.
Secondly we look to improve and support your emotional and psychological health when it comes to food and body image so that food becomes just food and you not longer have the same triggers as before.
Thirdly we look at you from a holistic point of view, helping you identify who you really are and what you really want. Food struggles are symptomatic so this is key for moving forward (and the reason why no amount of dieting or restricting will ever make you happy)
What is the time commitment?
Although you will need to dedicate some time to the program, it is not excessive. No essays or that kind of thing (thank goodness!) I would suggest that you spend 2 hours per week with the material, perhaps a little more or even less depending on what feels right for you. As everything is online you can listen and watch things on your phone, and you have access to them wherever you are
Is this the same as Intuitive Eating?
No. Although the principles and some ideas behind intuitive eating are similar, this is NOT an intuitive eating program as I do not teach this or in fact agree with it 100%. This is a program which combines eating psychology with mindset work and therapy to bring you the most comprehensive course to help you become a normal eater.
Is this suitable for someone with an eating disorder?
This program is NOT a substitute for medical treatment of eating disorders or any mental or physical illnesses. If you are purging (laxative abuse, excessive exercise, vomiting etc), if you are medically underweight or if you are concerned for your physical safety, then I request that you first speak to a medical professional as quickly as you can to receive the help which you require. I truly believe that anyone can heal their relationship with food but it starts with acknowledging the problem and then reaching out for help and support.

Is this only for women?
Good question! In short, not necessarily as the content of the Food Freedom Masterclass would help men as much as women. However, I only aim this program at women as this is who I personally prefer to work with as women have a few different issues around food/weight/body image which men don’t.
