How To Believe In + Trust Yourself

If someone had told me a week ago how I would feel about food I would never have believed them. Rachel I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
That was only 1 week in!
Even though she had tried for years to get her binging and food obsession under control after already having worked with a counsellor.
She was able to make such a radical shift in her mindset as she did something which most people don’t.
She overcame the doubt and fear that she couldn’t trust herself or her body. She believed it was possible for her too.
Let’s face it if you don’t believe you can trust yourself and you’ll spend your entire time overeating on junk, no matter what you invest in won’t ever work.
You can choose to find your food freedom or you can choose to hide behind the fear and the self doubt as to why you don’t think you can do it.
You can’t have both though.
So how do you get rid of the self doubt and the fear so you can truly believe in yourself?
